Lobster Roll is a Grams hybrid that comes in four formats: a 1g pre-roll, a five-pack of 0.5g pre-rolls, a 3.5g jar and a 28g jar. The strain name is the same on all four, but each format is tested as its own batch, so the THC and terpene numbers differ from package to package. On the current reports, the flower jars lead with limonene and linalool, while the pre-rolls lead with linalool and beta-caryophyllene.
That's the short version. Below is what each format holds, what its report says, and how to pick between them.
What is the Lobster Roll strain?
Lobster Roll is a hybrid in the Grams flower lineup. The 1g pre-roll, 3.5g and 28g are labeled Indica hybrid; the five-pack is labeled Hybrid. Either way, the name is a label for a cultivar, not a promise about how it will feel. What a strain name reliably tells you is which plant line the flower came from. What it doesn't tell you is the exact chemistry of the jar in your hand. For that, you need the batch number and its Certificate of Analysis.
Across the four current Lobster Roll reports, the same handful of terpenes keeps showing up: limonene (usually described as citrus peel), linalool (floral, lavender), beta-caryophyllene (pepper, spice) and smaller amounts of terpineol and farnesene. The order changes from batch to batch, which is the point of reading the label.

Here is each format with its current batch and the top of its report. These figures belong to these batches only; a new batch can read differently.

Why do the Lobster Roll numbers change between formats?
Because each format is tested as its own batch. The 3.5g jar and the five-pack were tested on August 13, 2026; the 1g pre-roll and the 28g jar on July 20, 2026. Plants from the same cultivar still vary from harvest to harvest, and a pre-roll is ground flower packed into paper, which handles differently from whole buds in a jar.
Two things stand out in the current reports. First, the flower jars carry roughly twice the total terpenes of the pre-rolls: 1.50% and 1.71% for the jars against 0.65% and 0.82% for the pre-rolls. Second, the order shifts. Limonene sits on top in both jars, while linalool leads in both pre-rolls. If citrus or floral notes are what you're after, that difference is worth more attention than a point or two of THC.
Higher THC on a label is not the same as a better product. The 28g jar has the lowest THC of the four and the highest total terpenes. Neither number alone tells you which one you'll prefer.
Which Lobster Roll format should I choose?
Think about how much you'll use and how fast, because flower is best while it's fresh.

How do I check the batch on my Lobster Roll package?
Find the batch field on the label and match it to the report on the product page. On these reports, flower batches start with TCR-F and pre-roll batches with TCR-P, so a quick look tells you which report applies. If the batch on your package isn't the one listed, ask at the counter or check the menu for the current batch rather than relying on the numbers above.
The report shows total THC, total cannabinoids, each measured terpene and the pass status for the batch. Packaging dates and the lab test date are different things; our guide to reading a Certificate of Analysis explains each field.
