What's normal
In NYC most customers tip 10–20% or a flat $5–$10, whichever is higher. Bigger orders or long walk-ups usually get a little more.
How our drivers get paid
Drivers earn an hourly wage plus tips. They keep 100% of what you tip — Grams does not skim delivery tips.
Tipping in cash vs. card
Either works. Cash tips reach the driver immediately; card tips are paid out with payroll.
