What's actually inside
Good pre-rolls use whole flower ground fresh, from a single strain, with a Certificate of Analysis you can read. Cheaper ones use 'shake' or 'trim' — the leftover material from processing.

Rolled with added hash, kief, or live resin. Punchier, longer-burning, and stronger. Read the label — infused pre-rolls can hit 40%+ total cannabinoids.
