A Grams delivery order starts with the live menu and your complete address. Our Williamsburg team prepares the order at 360 Graham Avenue, then brings it to an eligible destination. Here is what to check at each step.
1. Choose delivery and enter your address
Browse the live menu, select delivery and add your street address, apartment and ZIP. Checkout confirms eligibility, any minimum and the current estimate. Grams offers a $0 delivery fee and no minimum at participating addresses in the immediate zone; farther addresses may have a minimum.

2. Review the products and payment options
Check format, quantity, price, taxes and the final total. Complete payment using an option offered by the delivery checkout. Do not assume that a payment option available inside the store is also offered for delivery. Call 718-486-8888 if you need help before confirming.
3. Allow time for preparation and travel
Grams delivers daily from 9 AM to 10 PM, usually within an hour. Preparation, traffic, weather, demand and building access can affect that estimate. Keep your phone available and provide useful entrance instructions.

4. Complete the handoff
Adult-use delivery is for adults 21 and older. The recipient must show valid government-issued photo ID at delivery and complete the required handoff. Cannabis cannot be left unattended in a lobby or outside the door. Ask the shop in advance if someone else will receive the order.

5. Keep the product details with the purchase
Keep the original package and receipt. If you compare a Grams product with a lab report, match the batch on the label to the correct Certificate of Analysis. The product guide can help you explore strains, while the live menu confirms current stock.
