1. You place the order
You browse our live menu, add products, and check out. Your order routes straight to the Graham Ave shop.
2. A budtender packs it
A licensed team member pulls your items, verifies the receipt, and seals the bag for transport.
3. A licensed driver runs it out
Drivers are trained and background-checked. They carry a manifest tied to your order — that's a state requirement.
4. ID check at the door
The driver scans a government-issued ID showing you're 21+ and matching the order. We cannot leave orders unattended or deliver to anyone visibly intoxicated — state law, not a store rule.
